Dr. Fay is very caring, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to her patients. However, the office appears to be short-staffed and disorganized. I booked my appointment a week in advance, but only 30 minutes before my scheduled visit did the staff realize they did not have my insurance information on file. As a result, I had to take an Uber home to retrieve my insurance card. In addition, my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., but I was not seen by the doctor until approximately 12:30 p.m. Finally, although Dr. Fay indicated that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy, it had not been ordered. I only discovered this after waiting in line at the pharmacy for about 30 minutes. While I appreciate Dr. Fay's professionalism and medical expertise, the office administration and scheduling process need significant improvement.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Fay, and I have no regrets. I was fully sedated during my procedure and felt no pain at all. The entire team had a very calm, friendly bedside manner—they even put a warm blanket on me before anesthesia, which really helped me relax. I went to sleep feeling completely comfortable. Before the surgery, Dr.Fay took the time to clearly explain my situation and what the procedure would involve, which gave me a lot of confidence going in. Recovery overall was smooth. Because my lower wisdom teeth were positioned sideways, I did experience some temporary numbness in my right lip and chin area (which is normal for cases like mine). What really stood out was how attentive and reassuring Dr.Fay was. She scheduled follow-up appointments, monitored the healing closely, and everything resolved exactly as she said it would. At this point in time, I’m fully back to normal. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the post-procedure check-in call. If you’re getting your wisdom teeth extracted here, you’re absolutely in good hands. Thanks Dr.Fay!

10/10 great experience. I went to Tribeca Dental Associates and was referred to Tribeca Oral Surgery for a wisdom tooth removal. I was extremely nervous because of past experiences, but the entire staff was amazing from the front desk to the assistants. Dr. Shank was so reassuring and clearly very knowledgeable. He made me feel completely comfortable. I somehow left smiling after getting a tooth removed, which is wild. I even went shopping afterward. lol

Everyone is so nice here! Super accommodating in terms of scheduling. I had my wisdom teeth taken out, it was my first time going under and felt like my hand was held the whole time. Recovery was super smooth and quick which speaks to Dr. Fays skill.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Fay and her team. After years of dental anxiety stemming from a childhood experience, and after three separate consults with other oral surgeons, I kept putting off getting my dental implant. The fear always won—until I met Dr. Fay. From my very first consult two months ago, I immediately felt comfortable with her. Beyond her years of experience and expertise, she has a calm, reassuring presence that made me feel understood. She spent so much time with me, answered every question, and never once made me feel pressured to schedule anything. It truly was a consult, not a sales pitch, and that alone earned my trust. Today I finally had my implant placed, and I went in terrified—even though I trusted her completely. I can honestly say the entire experience was nothing like I feared. In fact, getting a tooth extracted in the past was far worse than the first stage of this implant. I didn’t use sedation or laughing gas; once she numbed me, I was perfectly fine. The whole thing took about 45 minutes, and Dr. Fay talked me through every step, keeping me calm and comfortable. I also want to mention Kayla at the front desk. When I walked in, it was obvious how anxious I was. She took one look at me, grabbed my hand, and said, “You’ve got this.” It set the tone for the entire visit and truly meant more than she knows. As someone who works in the medical field, I was especially impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and compassion shown by Dr. Fay and her entire staff. I genuinely appreciated the level of care I received. Dr. Fay and her team are exceptional. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone—but especially to those with dental anxiety. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Thank you, Dr. Fay, for giving me the confidence and care I’ve been searching for all these years.

Highly recommend this practice, specifically Dr. Fay and her team. I’ve been putting off getting my remaining two wisdom teeth out for 15 years because I was too afraid. One of them was impacted. I finally found the courage to go and so glad that I did because the whole process was so smooth and I didn’t feel a thing. The recovery was also very smooth with little to no pain.
