APPOINTMENTS

We appreciate that your time is valuable. Every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule when making an appointment.

A consultation is generally recommended for non-emergencies prior to the actual surgical appointment. During the consultation visit you will be examined and your medical history and any pertinent x-rays or additional information will be reviewed. A treatment plan will then be proposed and we will answer any of your questions. This will enable you to become fully informed about your surgical treatment, including alternative options, potential complications and pre- and post-operative care. It is our philosophy that being informed about your surgical procedure and becoming familiar with your doctor will help to decrease the normal fear and apprehension associated with a surgical procedure.

Please bring any referral letters and x-rays provided by your dentist or physician to your initial appointment. If you need to change your appointment, we would appreciate at least 48 hours notice. Additionally, our new patient information forms are available on this website and can be printed out and completed prior to your initial visit to our office and can save you time at your first appointment. Click on this link to access the forms and don't forget to bring them with you!

ANESTHESIA

In assuring our commitment to providing the highest level of care and patient comfort, we offer a wide range of anesthetic options. These options are dependent on many factors, such as patient preference, complexity of the surgical procedure and your medical history. For our patients, we provide local anesthesia, nitrous oxide analgesia, intravenous sedation, or general anesthesia. The choice for your surgical procedure is best determined with the doctor at the time of your consultation.

SURGICAL FEES

Fees are discussed prior to surgery, and for your convenience, payment plans and financing are available for all procedures. Additionally, we will gladly assist you with the completion of insurance claim forms. Please bring both your medical and dental insurance information with you to your first appointment.
